-Team A's Trailer -News -Making of Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival The Golden Horse Awards aims at encouraging the development of Chinese-language films. The Film Festival intends for introducing excellent films to Taiwanese audience from around the world to stimulate exchange of ideas and inspire creativity. The Film Project Promotion aims to facilitate cooperation between Chinese filmmakers and international industry professionals. The Film Academy tries to promote young filmmakers’ vision by organizing masters’ classes for them. Golden Horse Academy Since 2009, world-renowned filmmaker HOU Hsiao-hsien founded the Golden Horse Film Academy. LIAO Ching-sung has remained the Film Academy’s Dean these years, where emerging scriptwriters, directors and cinematographers are invited annually to take part in this exciting mentorship and development program in Taiwan. These budding talents from Mandarin-speaking regions come to the program having completed short films each year.

Our creative director Zoe is selected in Busan Asia Film Academy. With other 19 members, we'll create 2 short films and have premiere at Busan International Film Festival. Exciting to participate in the event which is co-held by Chanel fondation this year.

Busan International Film Festival(BIFF) held annually in Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, is one of the most significant film festivals in Asia. The first festival, held from 13 to 21 September 1996, was also the first international film festival in Korea. The main focus of the BIFF is to introduce new films and first-time directors, especially those from Asian countries. In 1999, the Pusan Promotion Plan (renamed Asian Project Market in 2011) was established to connect new directors to funding sources. Asian Film Academy designed to discover the emerging generation of Asian filmmakers and catalyze diverse networks among young talents, now has 363 alumni from 32 countries since 2005. For the past 17 years, the ‘Asian Film Academy’ has been well received by participants as a global educational program to learn the practice and philosophy of filmmaking under the guidance of world-renowned directors and instructors. Its alumni have been recognized for their excellence in the film industry around the world and at the world’s prestigious film festivals. We're proud to announce that our Novel "HIGH NOON" is selected in the 44th book list for primary and middle school students. It's a book list selected from over 4,000 books according to professional jury's selection, the event is held by Ministry of Culture of Taiwan. "HIGH NOON" is in the literary selection for high school students.

We've involved in the development of VR for few years, yet it's the first time to create a theatre piece through learning a new technique - Motion Capture. This event is held by National Taichung Theatre & Digital Art Foundation.
Throughout 2 weeks in the end of July, A team members, which is including me, use HTC VIVE 6PT trackers as a foundation, and combined the concept inspired by Love in the Time of Twilight(1995) to develope our theatre GROUP INCIDENT, eventurally showing in private @ NTT Corner Salon. The theater is equipped with three professional performing venues which meet international standards: Grand Theatre, Playhouse and Black Box. They can each be adapted to fit the needs of various types of productions. There is also a multi-functional space, "Corner Salon," where educational events and public speeches may be held. Digital Art Foundation An organization commissioned by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government. DAC.TW is run by Digital Art Foundation, and the center is aimed to foster the development of digital art and to promote relevant activities. The Digital Art Foundation, founded on September 9, 2008, has been dedicated to exploring and experimenting with creative thinking in the technological society. We're glad to be invited to the special screening at Bopiliao. Thanks to the curation of Yen Hsien, it's the 10th anniverary of premiere screening of THE DOUBLE.

You can subscribe their membership and wait for the premiere of UNDERCURRENT on St. Valentine's Day. GagaOOLala is a Taipei-based subscription video on demand service specialized in LGBT content. It is owned by Portico Media Co., Ltd. Launched in 2016, it is the first LGBT-focused OTT platform in Asia. Its catalog includes feature films, shorts, documentaries, series and its own original content. We finally arrived in Australia! It's our Australia Premiere, and the short film will be screening on demand only in Australia with 5 other LGBT short films in Asia Pacific Shorts program.

Queer Screen's Mardi Gras Film Festival There have been lesbian and gay film festivals in Sydney since 1978. Initially these were run by the Australian Film Institute (AFI). In 1993, a group of queer Sydney filmmakers, students, and supporters approached Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras to establish an independent organisation whose focus would be queer film and screen culture. This organisation was Queer Screen. Their central aim was to reclaim Sydney’s LGBTIQ film festival as owned and operated by the community. The Mardi Gras Film Festival has grown considerably since 1993. It is now one of Australia’s largest film festivals of any kind, and one of the top five queer film festivals in the world. It's a pleasure to be selected in KFL as the only Taiwanese member this year, and our CD has participated in Master online session(1/29-1/30) to learn the essence of filmmaking for young talents from the big studio in Japan. Especially, the discussion on how we image the New period/historical film, is very useful for our feature project in the future. Truly thankful for the effort of KFL team and hopefully we could meet in person in Kyoto again.
Archive 2021-2022 session (Due to Covid, the session of 2021 has postponed to JAN 2022) Kyoto Filmmakers Lab KFL is the training program for young of Kyoto HISTORICA International Film Festival(KHIFF). We aims to provide an international networking place for young filmmakers, as well as an opportunity for them to receive guidance from leading directors and professionals in the industry and gain filmmaking experience in active studios while taking advantage of Kyoto’s filmmaking heritage. In the 14-year history of Kyoto Filmmakers Lab, a total of 375 participants from 50 countries, selected from 1,811 applicants from 110 countries, have experienced KFL workshops and collaborated with each other in Kyoto. From 2015, in collaboration with Tokyo International Film Festival (TIFF), the largest film festival in Japan, in addition to the signature Jidaigeki-making workshop, and have presented the call of Biennale College Cinema feature films and Biennale College Cinema – VR projects to the participants. Great to be back to FFIFA, we also won 2 award, Excellent short film and Curator's picks. The 3-days program will combine screening and lecture in different venues. Short film UNDERCURRENT will have screening and the director will appear in a lecture about pitching experience.
